Morning Makeup TIme Saver

If you're like me, mornings are a bit crazy. Anything I can do to cut even a second out of my schedule helps.

I found a great tip for putting on foundation that not only saves time but actually works better! Instead of putting on moisturizer and then foundation, I put a drop of foundation in my palm and mix it with my moisturizer. I then apply my home-made "tinted moisturizer".

Makeup goes on smoother, looks more natural, and I have saved a step.

About the Blog

As a very busy working single mom I have found that it doesn't seem to take much for things to descend into chaos. I also don't want to spend every waking moment (and moments when I should be sleeping) trying to keep this ship afloat!

There are ways to raise children, hold down a job, maintain a house and a couple of pets without descending into anarchy. It just takes a bit of organization.

I am always on the lookout for tips and short cuts from other moms who are doing it well. And when I find them - I'll post them here. I hope this blog helps other moms benefit from what I am learning along the way!
